As a National Sales Recruiter for TQL, you are responsible for finding top talent for our sales departments across the organization. We seek a high-energy, top-producing recruiter with excellent communication skills. You will manage the entire recruiting process and work directly with your dedicated hiring managers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Establish and cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with top talent
• Understand current and upcoming hiring needs by communicating with hiring managers
• Generate candidate flow through various sourcing methods
• Conduct phone screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Taleo)
• Process onboarding paperwork and disposition candidates accurately

What you need:

• 1+ year of successful full-cycle recruiting experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven team with a competitive bonus plan
• Strong customer focus and ability to establish relationships quickly with hiring managers
