We are seeking experienced Healthcare Recruiters who specialize in Locum Tenens and Advanced Practice (NPs, PAs, CRNAs) recruiting. If you have additional experience with Allied Health or Nursing recruitment
, that’s a strong plus. We’re looking for hunters — proactive, results-driven professionals who thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and making an impact. You’ll have the flexibility and independence of working remotely while earning an industry-leading commission structure (40% of Gross Margin) — one of the most lucrative in the field.
- Source, recruit, and place qualified locum tenens physicians, advanced practitioners, and allied professionals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from prospecting and screening to offer negotiation and placement.
- Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and healthcare clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and compliance processes.
- Meet or exceed performance goals and drive consistent business growth.
- Minimum 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience, preferably in Locum Tenens or Advanced Practice placements.
- Strong understanding of healthcare staffing operations, compliance, and credentialing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement and revenue goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and entrepreneurial mindset — a true go-getter.
- Experience in Allied or Nursing recruitment is a plus.
