• Identify and deliver HR strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Partner with functional leaders and leadership teams to design an organization and culture that supports strategic growth and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and change initiatives.
• Provide high-level coaching and counsel to leaders.
• Influence the Talent Agenda of business functions.
• Guide acquisition, staffing, development, and retention of TJX associates.
• Execute talent strategies in line with business needs.
• Drive talent development, succession planning, and inclusion within assigned functions.
• Collaborate on compensation and benefits programs, fostering employee engagement through a healthy work environment.
• Advocate performance management and feedback mechanisms for frequent, candid communication with associates.
• Support the TJX Inclusion and Diversity Framework.

• 2‑4 years’ experience in an HR function, preferably as a generalist.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Strategic partner experience, with a track record of delivering HR strategies that achieve long‑term business goals.
• Practical business solutions oriented, responsive to day‑to‑day needs.
• Experience supporting inclusion and diversity initiatives.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence partners in a changing environment.
• Developed business acumen and proven agility.
