Job Description
Join a dynamic and fast-evolving team that is building next-generation AI-based tools and agent systems for the construction industry. Our AI and Data Team focuses on designing intelligent AI agents and copilots using modern AI/ML techniques.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and technical leads, to align data architecture with business needs and define data models for specific focus areas.
Responsibilities
Build end-to-end Gen AI solutions—develop, refine, and implement advanced Gen AI models and ensure successful project delivery.Develop and execute plans to integrate AI technologies into business processes to enhance operational efficiency and employee productivity.Utilize Python and other data manipulation languages proficiently to prepare and manipulate data.Translate business requirements into Gen AI solution designs that meet objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders, present findings to non-technical audiences, and provide strategic recommendations.Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI solutions by following best practices for development, deployment, and maintenance.Drive innovation by exploring new AI applications and leading R&D efforts to keep DPR at the forefront of AI technology.Align AI initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring measurable impact.Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in Software Development and Machine Learning.Minimum 2 years of experience with Generative AI, especially Large Language Models (LLMs).Experience with concepts like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, and training LLMs with structured and unstructured data.Experience with Data Connectors and API gateways supporting system communication.Deep expertise in AI technologies such as Copilot Studio, OpenAI, Semantic Kernels, Azure AI Foundry, Google Gemini, Microsoft 365, M365 Copilot, Anthropic, or AWS platforms.Familiarity with Cloud computing.Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks.Proficiency in vector databases and embedding models for retrieval tasks.Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs is a plus.Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and stakeholder communication skills.Work Conditions
Prolonged sitting and/or standing at a computer screen.Ability to sit or stand for long periods.Ability to lift 15 pounds occasionally.Occasional domestic travel may be required.This is a hybrid role, primarily remote, with attendance at key meetings and events at the local DPR office.
