This position designs, builds, and governs the structures, processes, integrations, and data models that enable the effective management of technology assets and configuration information across the institution. Serving as the steward of the Service Now CMDB and related discovery, asset, and service-mapping capabilities, the SACM Architect ensures that configuration data accurately reflects the IT environment, supporting decision-making for operations, security, compliance, and strategic planning.
