Service Now - HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Senior Consultant

As a Service Now Senior Consultant you’ll play a leading role in Service Now Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. This client‑visible role offers the opportunity to showcase your ability to motivate and develop your team, establish and maintain new client relationships, and grow your consulting and team leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
- Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
- Lead Service Now HRSD projects and solution delivery phases including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.
- Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources, including offshore resources.
- Facilitate client process and design sessions and requirements workshops.
- Support waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk and issue logs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
- 2‑4 years relevant Service Now HRSD project experience.
- Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- At least one additional Service Now certification such as Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery.
- 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
- Excellent soft skills: communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, organization.
- Experience leading and supervising teams.
- Valid driver’s license in the U.S.
- Ability to travel to meet client needs.
- Performance analytics and reporting experience.
- Employee Center and Workplace Service Delivery experience.
- Experience in Service Now’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
- Competitive compensation and benefits package. Base salary range $102,500 to $187,900 (U.S. – all geographic locations); higher ranges in NYC metro, WA, CA (excluding Sacramento).
