Technology – Engineering & Systems Integration – Technology Business Analysis – Manager. SAP – Finance Project Systems – Manager. This role sits within EY7s SAP service line capabilities focused on helping clients improve performance and productivity. • Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions
• Lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily; travel may be required based on client needs

• Strong foundation in managing processes and solutions with emphasis on quality and risk management
• Ability to engage in research and apply best practices to drive innovation

• A Bachelors degree
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience with SAP Project Systems; in-depth knowledge of other SAP Finance modules is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based teams; hybrid onshore/offshore delivery model desirable
• Deep knowledge of Project System processes across multiple industries with the ability to understand, communicate, and deliver complex requirements

• Prior consulting industry experience
• SAP Certification(s) including C_TS412 SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4
  
  HANA Project Systems
• Experience with at least three full-cycle implementations of core module
• Additional SAP Finance certificates and cross-functional leadership experience are a plus

• Comprehensive compensation and benefits; base salary ranges for this role in the US: 142,600 to 261,500; NYC Metro, WA, and CA ranges 171,200 to 297,200. Total Rewards include medical/dental, pension and 401(k), and paid time off.
• Hybrid model with most client-serving roles expected to work in person 40-60% of the time
