AI Finance Manager – Tech Consulting
EY is seeking an AI Finance Manager to lead the development and implementation of EY’s AI Finance service offering, creating an industry‑agnostic data model and supporting finance application data strategy across client engagements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of complex technical initiatives, ensuring accountability for performance and results.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions for finance applications.
- Drive continuous process improvement by identifying innovative solutions through research and analysis.
- Support the development and maintenance of data governance framework for the EY AI Finance Blueprint.
- Work closely with finance, IT, and data science teams to apply Machine Learning, Gen AI, and Azure data technologies to finance client engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree in a related field with 4–5 years of related experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data management, with at least 1 year focused on finance application data, data modeling, and financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data management principles.
- Experience with Machine Learning techniques, Gen AI technologies, and Azure data services (Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, MS SQL, Python).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment supporting emerging technologies.
