We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Lead Specialist Engineer to lead the design development integration and support of enterprise-level applications and systems. This role requires strong technical leadership hands‑on engineering abilities and the capability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement scalable and secure technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise application architecture, modern integration frameworks, and cloud‑based technologies.

• Lead end-to-end enterprise application design development integration and delivery across complex environments.
• Architect scalable, secure and high‑performing application solutions aligned with enterprise technology standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices and code quality standards.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions and translate needs into system specifications.
• Develop and optimize APIs, microservices and integration workflows supporting enterprise data and applications.
• Oversee migration of legacy applications to modern architectures, including cloud and container‑based platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and ensure high availability, performance and reliability.
• Work closely with Dev Ops teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Maintain documentation including architecture diagrams, deployment models and system runbooks.
• Support enterprise security compliance and governance requirements.

• 12 years of experience in enterprise application development and system integration.
• Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise architecture solutions.
• Hands‑on expertise in or equivalent backend technologies.
• Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, message queues and event‑driven architecture.
• Strong background in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in SQL/No
  
  SQL databases and enterprise data integration tools.
• Experience with Dev Ops tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Maven or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of application security standards, performance tuning and monitoring tools.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage project delivery and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
