Position summary:

• We are seeking an outgoing, confident Managed Services/On-Site Technician to help support our clientele with remote software support, hardware, peripherals, and other devices related to clients' network infrastructure. Tasks are multiple and varied and will be on-site as well as remote support.

• Troubleshoot computer, server and network issues both remotely and on-site.
• Install and support varied client software.
• Help other Technicians with client related issues when needed.
• Manage client network, updates and software through our managed services software as well as on-site as needed.

• Build a positive and responsive rapport with clientele.
• Demonstrate predictable, reliable and timely attendance.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
• Document client information.
• Complete assigned tasks according to schedule.

• Microsoft operating systems and server OS's
• Routers and Firewall configurations
• Computer hardware and installation
• Client software such as Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
• Network troubleshooting techniques and protocols
• Router configurations such as VPNs
• Server configurations and virtual servers

• Communicate effectively to clientele and other employees
• Travel throughout city and nearby towns
• Work in stressful situations
• Work patiently with clientele and other technicians

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support environment.
• Certifications a plus.
• Knowledge of PCI and HIPAA regulations a plus.

This position requires a medium level of exertion, lifting and moving 20 to 50 lbs of equipment, climbing stairs and driving.
