Lead Technology Services Field Technician
Responsible for providing support in day‑to‑day administration of a computer network, software programs, installation, maintenance, and upgrades. Understands commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the maintenance of computer hardware and peripherals. Supervises and coordinates the activities of TS Field Technicians.
Minimum Requirements- High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) years of technical support experience
- Three (3) years of computer operations, network or related experience
- One (1) year working in a school or related computer environment
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience
- Experience with installation, configuration and support of Windows desktop platforms
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions
- Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
- A+ Technical Certification
- FBI fingerprint background check
- Proof of immunity to measles and rubella or proof of MMR immunization
- Valid driver's license (Arizona), and current MV Report showing no more than the allowable points within 30 days of hire
- Reliable mode of personal transportation with evidence of insurance meeting state required minimum
- Post‑offer/pre‑employment physical exam and 50‑lb lift test

Job - Pay Range $21.52 to $24.99
- Effective: 2025‑2026 SCHOOL YEAR

District Office - Broadway and Park area - Classification:
White Collar - FTE: 1.0 (8 hours per day)
- Work Calendar: 12 months
- Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
- Internal candidates will transfer at a rate commensurate with their bargaining unit language.
