In Tegri Logic  Corp. is a fast‑growing IT Services company based in Tucson, AZ, serving clients across 10 states with a primary focus on healthcare. We provide general help desk support, EMR implementation, network design and setup, and more. We are seeking a Network Infrastructure Support Specialist who is an expert in supporting Windows‑based workstations, printers, and servers, managing Active Directory, DHCP and DNS, and configuring networking equipment.

• Provide remote and on‑site technical support for clients.
• Network printer troubleshooting and configuration.
• Configure Windows‑based computers, including workstation image management and Active Directory tools.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve networking hardware and software issues.
• Use Power Shell for automation and large‑scale configuration changes.
• Complete documentation in the ticketing system within required time frames.
• Serve as primary contact for 3rd‑party vendors.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to quality standards set by the company.
• Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner.

• 5+ years configuring and repairing Microsoft Windows‑based computers.
• Experience with Windows Desktop OS from Windows 7 to latest;
  Windows Server 2012 to latest.
• Office 2010 to latest.
• Network and local printing.
• Imaging and maintaining base images.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Active Directory.
• Creation and implementation of Group Policy Objects.
• DHCP and DNS configuration.
• 2+ years using Power Shell for network changes.
• 2+ years configuring and deploying networking equipment (routers, firewalls, switches).
• A+ Technical Certification or equivalent.
• Experience configuring Cisco, Sonic Wall, Sophos, Ubiquiti, and Ruckus equipment.
• Experience with Voice over IP (VoIP) and Facsimile over IP (FoIP).
• Experience with EMR and Practice Management (PM) systems for healthcare clients.
