We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Product Lead Specialist Engineer to oversee the planning, design, development, and delivery of digital product solutions within a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a product-oriented mindset, and proven leadership experience in driving digital transformation initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering teams, product managers, and UX/UI specialists to ensure successful product delivery and continuous improvement.

• Lead end-to-end digital product strategy development and implementation aligned with business objectives.
• Define product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and release planning to meet business needs and market demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, architecture, and QA to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Conduct research, analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and user stories.
• Oversee product lifecycle management from concept and prototyping to release and post-deployment support.
• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, security standards, scalability, and reliability in product architecture.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and agile ceremonies to maintain high team performance.
• Monitor key product performance metrics and drive continuous improvements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance capability and competitiveness.
• Act as a technical advisor and mentor to development teams and junior engineers.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of hands‑on experience in digital product engineering roles.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale digital product initiatives in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of modern web and mobile engineering frameworks, APIs, cloud platforms, and Dev Ops practices.
• Expertise in Agile / Scrum development methodologies and tools.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong technical leadership and cross-team collaboration experience.
• Proficient in project planning, estimation, and risk management.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience working with UI/UX teams and product managers to create user-focused digital solutions.
