Role Overview :

The Director of Amazon will be the driving force behind revenue growth and operational excellence across our entire Amazon business. You will be accountable for all key performance levers including content, promotions, customer experience, listing optimization, and inventory planning to maximize sales and market share. This role is pivotal in scaling Amazon, including international marketplaces, into a core and reliable revenue engine for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute the overarching Amazon channel strategy to achieve aggressive revenue and profit targets.

• Channel Management:
Own all aspects of the Amazon marketplace, including A+ Content, Amazon Advertising, promotions, pricing, and inventory health to drive conversion and growth.



Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Lead initiatives across Design, Catalog, Inventory Planning, and Marketing teams to ensure timely and flawless new product launches and ongoing catalog optimization.

Team Development:
Manage, mentor, and scale the Amazon team, fostering a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.

• Operational Excellence:
Establish and maintain a rigorous operating rhythm (e.g., weekly standups, KPI reviews, reporting) to ensure team alignment and rapid issue resolution.

• Performance Analysis:
Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, uncover opportunities, diagnose underperforming SKUs, and implement effective remediation plans.

• Best Practices:
Create, document, and socialize a comprehensive playbook for catalog management and promotional best practices across the organization.

What Success Looks Like (First Days):

• Establish a consistent weekly operating rhythm for the Amazon team.

• Audit underperforming SKUs and deliver actionable remediation plans.

• Ensure all new product launches go live on schedule without delays.

• Plan and execute the relaunch of at least 10 existing products with refreshed listings and promotions.

• Build and publish a catalog and promotions best practices playbook.
