As a Mining Technology & Change Consultant
for the Mine Star product family
, you will lead technology implementations at customer mine sites, bringing together people, processes, and technology to help transform mining operations.

You will own the implementation from planning through successful deployment, working directly with mining customers, dealers, and cross-functional teams. You will need to understand the language of mining, build trust with customers, and help sites navigate the operational changes that come with adopting new technology.

• Lead Mine Star technology implementations at customer mine sites, coordinating activities from planning through deployment.
• Serve as the key point of coordination for customers, dealers, and internal teams throughout the project.
• Partner with mining customers as a trusted consultant, understanding their operation, challenges, and site-specific needs.
• Lead change across people, processes, and technology to support successful adoption of Mine Star solutions.
• Manage project scope, schedules, deliverables, risks, and overall implementation success.
• Understand Mine Star solutions and the steps required to configure and implement systems based on commercial requirements and customer needs.
• Support customers and dealers with documentation, training, and functional specifications.
• Gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, including commercial activities such as quoting and invoicing.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve how Mine Star technologies are implemented across customer sites.

You will work with cutting-edge Mine Star technology and see firsthand how technology can change the way a mine operates. You will travel to different mine sites across North America, work directly with customers, and help turn technology into real operational change.

You will have significant ownership of the project and its success. Mine sites are complex environments, and implementing new technology requires strong leadership, adaptability, and the ability to bring people along through change.

Customer Focus: Experience working at mine sites or within mining operations, with a strong understanding of operational environments and customer needs. Ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into practical solutions.

Technical Excellence: Strong aptitude for technology and the ability to quickly understand complex technical solutions. Experience working with mining technology, operational technology, fleet management, autonomy, or related systems is highly valued. Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, risk management, stakeholder management, and ownership of project outcomes.

Consulting: Ability to act as a trusted advisor to mining customers and guide them through technology implementation and operational change. Strong understanding of mining operations and the ability to connect technology solutions to real-world mine-site needs. Comfortable challenging existing…
