Amentum is seeking an IT Support Technician to support our DHS customer at regional CONUS and OCONUS facilities in Tucson, AZ. This full-time, temporary role runs through 4/2027 with a possible extension.
You will deliver Tier 2 IT help desk support, troubleshooting hardware and software, and providing video teleconferencing and remote support. Strong Windows, AD, encryption, and backup experience, plus excellent customer service, are expected.
