Base pay range: $70.00/hr - $100.00/hr

• Draft mediation agreements and support related tasks.
• Handle high net worth divorces, annulments, child custody/support, prenuptial agreements, and adoption with proven experience.
• Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Show strong research and report writing skills.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Be detail-oriented with strong organizational and legal case management skills.
• Be proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Family Law paralegal.
