Family Law Attorney; Spanish-Speaking

A family law firm based in Tucson, Arizona is seeking a Spanish-speaking attorney to join its growing practice. The firm focuses exclusively on family law matters, maintaining a collaborative and growth-driven firm. The team currently includes two experienced attorneys that are deeply committed to mentoring and developing lawyers. The firm is also supported by a strong staff of paralegals, office administrators and more.

This position is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about family law, thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment, and has courtroom experience—whether through law school clinical programs, trial advocacy work, or active legal practice. The firm is seeking someone who can manage hearings and evidentiary proceedings independently and does not require close supervision. Experienced or new attorneys are encouraged to apply as long as they have exposure to practicing in a courtroom and can speak Spanish.

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support cases
• Handle courtroom hearings and evidentiary proceedings with confidence and professionalism
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial materials
• Work closely with paralegals and administrative staff in a paperless, technology-forward environment
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients
• Meet or exceed the firm’s billable hour targets

• Fluency in Spanish required
• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed (or pending admission) in Arizona
• Demonstrated trial advocacy or clinical courtroom experience
• Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage cases independently
• Genuine interest in family law and client advocacy

• Salary: $70,000 – $130,000 per year + performance bonuses
