As a Trial Attorney at our firm, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a High-Volume Caseload: You’ll oversee approximately 150 cases, with around 50 actively in litigation each month, guiding each from intake through settlement or jury verdict.

• Engaging with Clients: You’ll maintain proactive and transparent communication, ensuring clients are informed and supported throughout the legal process.

• Conducting Key Litigation

  You’ll conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations, and develop comprehensive case strategies.

• Advocating in Trials: You’ll serve as lead counsel in jury trials, advocating passionately to secure favorable outcomes for our clients.

• Legal Accumen: Licensed to practice law; trial advocacy and/or moot court experience strongly preferred.

• Licensure: Active and in good standing with your local State Bar. Multiple state bar admissions are preferred. Must be currently located in the state where this job is posted.

• Competitive Compensation: Attorneys at our firm typically earn between $150,000 and $350,000 annually*, reflecting the high value we place on your expertise and contributions. The starting base for this early career position will most likely be close to $80-100k base, with the potential to earn much more through commission.
