* Job Summary:

** In this role, you will have responsibility for the performance of the supply chain team for assigned programs under the Advanced Technology umbrella. Implement key performance indicators internally and with our supply base to ensure timely delivery to customers and ensure adherence to the plan. Work closely with Operations, Planning and Finance functions to optimize planning and supply chain cycle to meet development requirements.

Any other reasonable duties as required.
** Qualifications You Must Have:
*** Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
* Experience with supply chain, vendor management, Risk Assessment/Mitigation and/or performance management
* Prior ERP work experience, SAP highly preferred
* The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
* U.S. citizenship is required, asonly U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
** Qualifications We Prefer:
*** Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
* Proposal experience and strong familiarity with the FAR
* Experience as a Materials Program Manager
* Previous history managing employees
* Experience working in a matrix organization and multi-site leadership
* Degree in Business/Supply Chain/Engineering Related Subject preferred
* Excellent written/verbal communication skills (English)
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines
* Project management experience is a strong plus
* Existing Secret clearance with T/S Security eligibility
