Chapman Collision Center Tucson is seeking a dedicated Collision Center Manager to lead and oversee our collision repair operations in Tucson, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring operational efficiency and quality workmanship.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Manage daily operations of the collision repair center to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff including technicians, estimators, and customer service personnel.
- Maintain high standards of quality control and customer satisfaction throughout all phases of repair.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and customers to facilitate claims and repair processes.
- Oversee inventory management including ordering and maintaining parts and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, expenses, and performance reports.
- Implement company policies and goals to drive profitability and growth of the collision center.
Experience:
- Proven experience in collision repair management or related automotive industry roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of insurance procedures and claims processing is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with automotive repair software and technology.
- Possess a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
