As a Branch Manager at W.W. Williams, you will direct and coordinate all business needs, from managing the team to dealing directly with our customers. This position reports to the Divisional General Manager and works closely with the Sales and Parts team to deliver profitable results for the location. You will lead the team's efforts to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations in pursuit of growth and opportunity for our employees and business needs.

• Participate in establishing long‑range goals, objectives, and/or strategies and lead the location in achieving business goals and needs.
• Promote safety to all employees by maintaining facilities and equipment to OSHA and Corporate standards.
• Formulate the business forecast and operating plan for the branch.
• Conferring with Corporate and Divisional leadership to review and discuss operation performance and assist with making any changes.
• Work directly with corporate departments to achieve the location goals; including but not limited to Human Resources, IT, and Accounting.
• Work towards resolving all customer or employee issues to achieve the best possible outcome.

• Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Management or Leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to identify and implement process efficiencies.
  
  Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
