Role Summary: The General Superintendent manages complex projects, leading teams, planning construction sequences, and ensuring project goals align with JE Dunn's strategic vision and values.

Core Responsibilities: Lead safety initiatives, manage subcontractors and staff, oversee project schedules and budgets, coordinate meetings, and ensure quality and compliance. Also involved in project closeouts, negotiations, talent recruitment, and fostering diversity and inclusion.

Additional Responsibilities: Oversee large, complex projects, contribute to strategic initiatives, and deliver leadership across multiple teams and projects.

Skills & Abilities: Strong communication, construction management expertise, relationship building, proficiency in MS Office, project management software, scheduling, Lean principles, and trades knowledge. Ability to manage budgets, understand project documentation, and build collaborative relationships.

Education & Experience: Bachelor's in construction management, engineering, or related; or equivalent experience. 12+ years construction experience, 10+ years supervision, and experience with Lean principles preferred.
