Commercial Service Manager

We're looking for a Commercial Service Manager who thrives on coaching others, managing field operations, and ensuring our commercial services are delivered safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Commercial Pest Control Technicians
• Oversee daily field operations across Commercial department
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• Evaluate customer needs and provide effective service solutions
• Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally
  
  Maintain accurate service records and required reports
• Support technician training, development, and performance
• Ensure technicians follow company safety and service standards

• Lead a team that makes a real difference

• Have at least 2 years of technician experience
• Hold a valid state Certified Applicator License
• Have strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Can manage daily field operations
• Are comfortable using CRM systems, Pest Pac, and mobile tools
• Have experience maintaining service vehicles and equipment

• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Experience training or mentoring technicians
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Additional industry certifications
