Base pay range$21.00/hr - $38.00/hr

- Sheet Metal Tech I – Entry level laborer position with limited to no experience in the HVAC industry. Responsible for less technical work on the job site, including assisting in fabrication, assembly, installation and repair of HVAC-related sheet metal products and equipment, and maintaining site cleanliness. Pay Range: $21-27/hr
- Sheet Metal Tech II – 3+ years of experience with in-depth knowledge of sheet metal and dry-side HVAC applications and design. Fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs HVAC sheet metal products and equipment; supervision by a Senior Technician. Pay Range: $27-33/hr
- Sheet Metal Tech III – 5+ years of experience with mastery knowledge of sheet metal and dry-side HVAC applications and design. Performs fabrication, assembly, installation, and repair of HVAC sheet metal products; equipment startups and checkouts. In-depth knowledge of dry-side commercial applications and design. Works under minimal supervision. Pay Range: $33-38/hr
