We are seeking an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join our growing team. This role requires a highly skilled individual with a strong background in MIG and TIG welding across multiple materials, combined with the ability to operate CNC fabrication equipment and interpret CAD drawings. Ideal candidates bring a fabrication-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and pride in producing high-quality finished work.

• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable on-the-job experience in MIG and TIG welding

• Proficiency welding:

  • Mild steel

  • Stainless steel

  • Aluminum

• Proven ability to read and interpret:

  • Blueprints and shop drawings
  • CAD-generated part layouts

• Experience operating CNC equipment
  , including:

• Plasma cutting tables
• Press brake/forming machines
• Strong understanding of:
  • Metal fabrication processes
  • Fit-up, layout, and component assembly
  • Welding safety standards
• High-quality workmanship with excellent attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Strong fabrication mindset with the ability to problem-solve and build from concept to completion

• Welding certifications (AWS or equivalent)
• Experience with custom or heavy fabrication projects
• Forklift or shop equipment operation experience
• Basic shop maintenance skills

• Perform MIG/TIG welding of mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components
• Operate CNC plasma tables and press brakes to cut and form materials per CAD drawings
• Layout, fit, assemble, and fabricate parts accurately
• Inspect welds and finished assemblies to ensure quality control standards are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and quality standards
