SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Standard and Evaluations Support to support an opportunity at Davis Monthan AFB, AZ.

The Stan / Eval Support manages squadron and group-level standardization and evaluation programs. This role ensures compliance with Air Force evaluation requirements, training, and EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) systems.

• Maintain accountability of testing materials and update databases (PEX, ARMS).
• Track and notify aircrew of evaluations, overdue items, and FCIF updates.
• Review and update aircrew records, grade books, and evaluation documentation.
• Manage EFB program, including inventory, updates, and user training.
• Generate reports (AF Forms 8, 942, 1035) and assist in evaluation trend analysis.

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of Air Force evaluation systems and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
