West Press is an Employee owned company looking to add folder, cutter and small finishing equipment operators to its bindery department. West Press’ culture is upbeat with a forward thinking staff willing to go the extra to help the team and clients. We are only looking for experienced individuals who produce quality work.
Requirements for this position include but are not limited to:- Minimum of 5 years working in a commercial bindery department/company
- Proficiently operate Folders
- Proficiently operate Cutters
- Program cutters
- Strong attention to detail
- Equipment maintenance required
- Troubleshooting experience
- Capable of reading and interpreting job tickets
- Communicate in a professional manner
- Work well in a team environment
- Stand for most of the day
- Able to handle small and large press sheets
- Care about success
Full-time Monday through Friday
Some overtime and weekends
Mostly first shift
Compensation discussed during the interview
