Senior Pastor Tucson Chinese Baptist Church

Tucson Chinese Baptist Church (TCBC), in Arizona, is actively seeking a full-time pastor. Affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC), we have an average attendance of 100. We are a multi-generational church family rooted in the timeless truths of Scripture, united in our commitment to share the Gospel with our community. Our congregation represents diverse Chinese-American culture alongside other ethnicities, with English as the primary language.

A portion are fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. Guided by the Holy Spirit, we seek a pastor who loves the Lord and has a shepherd’s heart to lead, nurture, and empower our church.

• Demonstrates the biblical qualifications in I Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:6-9, and I Peter 5:1-3.
• Exhibits a personal conviction of the Lord’s calling to the pastoral ministry.
• Affirms and agrees with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.
• Agrees and adheres to the TCBC Constitution and Statement of Faith.
• Possesses prior pastoral experience within an SBC church.
• Holds ordination or eligibility for ordination by an SBC church.
