Talented Medical Solutions (TMS) is seeking an experienced Neonatal Intensive Care RN (NICU RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Tucson, AZ.

This 15-bed Level III NICU cares for high-acuity newborns with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2 or 1:3 depending on acuity. You’ll work alongside neonatologists, anesthesiologists, respiratory therapists, and a collaborative nursing team to deliver safe and compassionate care to critically ill infants.

Travelers may also float to Postpartum (PP) to cover newborn or couplet assignments if census is low.

Attend high-risk and newborn deliveries

Manage NICU admissions

Start IVs and draw labs

Provide ventilator management and support

Deliver family-centered care and education

Float to Postpartum (PP) for newborn/couplet assignments as needed

Current NRP certification

Minimum 3 years NICU experience (Level III required)

Preferred: STABLE certification

Strong clinical judgment and neonatal critical care skills

Beds: 15

Patient Ratio: 1:2 or 1:3 depending on acuity

EMR: Cerner
