Sandstone of Tucson is hiring experienced Nurse Leaders for multiple key leadership roles.

• Infection Prevention Nurse Supervisor (IP Nurse Supervisor)
• Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
• Behavioral Health Nurse Supervisor (BH Nurse Supervisor)
• NOC Nurse Supervisor (Night Shift Nurse Supervisor)

Nurse Leaders at Sandstone of Tucson support clinical operations, supervise nursing staff, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. These roles play a critical part in promoting resident-centered care, upholding quality standards, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

• Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to nursing staff
• Support daily clinical operations according to facility standards
• Monitor resident care delivery and ensure quality outcomes
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance development
• Support regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care
• Specialty‑specific responsibilities depending on role (IP, BH, ADON support, or NOC supervision)

• Active Arizona RN or LPN license (RN preferred for leadership roles)
• Previous supervisory or nurse leadership experience required
• Skilled nursing, post‑acute, or behavioral health experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to lead, mentor, and support clinical staff
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices
