Full‑time, Part‑time, or PRN.

Responsible for the independent supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit. Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor and document resident progress and any changes in their condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate residents and their families about their health status, treatment plans and disease management.
• Ensure all nursing interventions are carried out in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records.

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in long‑term care or a similar healthcare setting.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
