Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Tucson, AZ

Northwest Medical Center is seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a night shift contract assignment. You’ll provide high-quality care to newborns and premature infants in a Level III NICU
, collaborating closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary care teams.

This role is ideal for compassionate nurses who are confident in high-acuity neonatal settings and are comfortable supporting both NICU and postpartum care when needed.

All of the following are required:

• Active AZ RN License
• NRP certification
• 3+ years of NICU experience
• Level III NICU experience
• Infant Driven Feeding Certificate

• STABLE certification

• Attend high-risk and newborn deliveries
• Manage NICU admissions
• Start IVs and draw labs
• Provide ventilator care
• Deliver safe, evidence-based neonatal nursing in accordance with hospital policy
• Demonstrate leadership, delegation, and sound clinical judgment

• Number of Beds: 15
• Patient Ratio: 1:2 or 1:3 depending on acuity
