Operating Room Nurse Manager

Seeking a registered Nurse Manager in our ambulatory surgery center who provides clinical management and expertise over operating room nurses, surgical technicians, and central sterile processing staff to ensure patients receive high‑quality, efficient care. As an Operating Room Nurse Manager, you will have the opportunity for future growth and upward mobility within the organization.

• Manage and supervise all surgical areas of care.
• Establish and maintain an effective, supportive working relationship with the Administrator.
• Ensure day‑to‑day operations align with clinical practice standards and center policies.
• Maintain sufficient daily staffing; communicate scheduling changes promptly.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care provided.
• Provide staff with necessary breaks and cover meal breaks, late cases, and staffing shortages.
• Ensure materials are available for each case in advance.
• Facilitate efficient transitions between surgical procedures.
• Delegate, coach, mentor, and resolve conflicts within the team.
• Build trust and earn respect through effective leadership and participation.

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; BSN preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in surgery management (pre‑op, intra‑op, post‑op).
• Current Arizona RN license.
• BLS & ACLS certification required.
• Independent decision‑making skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians.
