- Monitor and document patient status, vital signs, and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to create and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.
- Manage and prioritize patient care tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Active RN license in the Arizona is required.
- 2+ years of experience in Med/Surg nursing is required.
- BLS certification from AHA is required.
- Willingness to travel to different care facilities within the region.
- Ability to work 36 hours per week with flexibility for day or night shifts.
