- Monitor and assess patient conditions during the critical recovery period.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
- Provide emotional and physical support to patients during their recovery.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient care and progress in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Active RN license (or eligibility to obtain).
- BLS certification required.
- ARRT certification highly desirable.
- Experience in post-operative care highly preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
