* Job Description:
** - Hold shift accountability for providing exceptional care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process.
- Ensure compliance with state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in the safe delivery of care.
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and professional development.
- Delegate patient care priorities according to the education and experience of available staff.
- Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
** Position Details:**
- ** Travel:
** MS/Tele RN
- ** Start:
** ASAP - Preferred start within 2 weeks of offer acceptance.
- ** Duration:
** 13 Weeks
- ** Shift:
** Night Shift, 7 PM - 7:30 AM, working 3 twelve-hour shifts.
- ** Weekend Requirement:
** 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule.
- ** Float Pool Position:
** Must be willing to float between departments and across multiple facilities.
** Requirements:** - Active Arizona license - Current BLS and ACLS certifications - 2+ years of experience in a similar nursing role - Patient-to-nurse ratio: 6:1 - Scrub Color:
Any color
