Graduate of accredited School of Nursing or baccalaureate program required;
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse throughout the State of Arizona.
Clinical experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.
Minimum RequirementsMust be certified in CPR upon hire and bi‑annually thereafter and must possess or obtain and be able to perform Handle With Care within 30 days of hire and re‑certify as needed. Must complete all required mandatory in‑services annually. Must Dow possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or the ability to obtain. Must be tested for Tuberculosis with a PPD skin test or chest x‑ray upon hire and as required thereafter.
