** Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department!** - Join a dynamic team providing exceptional care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment.- Shift: 7 PM - 7:30 AM (3x12s)

* Key Responsibilities:
** - Hold shift accountability for delivering high-quality patient care.
- Utilize the Nursing Process in alignment with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in patient care planning.
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
- Effectively delegate patient care priorities based on the staff's education and experience.
- Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel in delivering patient care.

* Qualifications:
** - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an Emergency Department setting.
- Experience with Cerner EMR is required.
- Preferred:
Charge Nurse experience (additional $3/hr incentive).
- Must be willing to float as needed.
** Facility Highlights:** - 38-bed Emergency Department.
- Trauma Level III Certified.
- Recognized as a Stroke Receiving and STEMI Receiving facility.
- NIH Stroke Certification is recommended, but not required.
