Charge Nurse
Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, AZ is seeking an RN Charge to oversee the Clinical Decision/Observation unit during day shifts. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
The role requires 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience and active RN licensure with BLS/ACLS. You’ll participate in quality improvements and lead ongoing staff education to promote excellent patient outcomes.
