, we believe hospice is about more than medical care—it's about compassion, connection, and preserving quality of life. We're currently looking for several experienced and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team serving multiple areas throughout Greater Tucson
.

With several full-time openings available, we're looking for compassionate CNAs who enjoy building relationships with patients and families while working alongside an outstanding interdisciplinary team.

In This Role You Will
  • Provide compassionate personal care in patients' homes
  • Assist with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence
  • Observe and communicate patient needs and changes in condition to the hospice nurse
  • Encourage comfort, safety, and emotional well-being
  • Maintain accurate and timely visit documentation
  • Build trusting relationships with patients and families
  • Travel within your assigned Tucson-area territory

We're Looking For
  • Current Arizona Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Must have at least one year CNA experience to qualify
  • Current CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in the field
  • Home health or hospice experience is a plus
  • A compassionate heart and commitment to exceptional patient care
