Banner University Medical Center Tucson is seeking a Pediatric Critical Care Resource RN. You will support General Peds, PICU, NICU and Hematology/Oncology units as part of Clinical Care Operations.
The role emphasizes continuous learning and skill expansion via quarterly goal planning with management. You will work 3x12-hour night shifts (7:00PM–7:30AM) with weekend rotations and participate in a float pool incentive program.
