American Traveler is hiring an experienced PCU/Telemetry RN for a float pool day-shift position requiring AZ or compact RN license and Cerner experience.

• Med/Surg/Tele step-down unit (PCU) with reduced acuity compared to ICU
• Day shift schedule, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, 3x12-hour shifts
• Weekend requirement of 6 shifts per 6-week schedule
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• Float pool position requiring willingness to float between departments and four facilities:
  Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita
• Cerner EMR experience required

• Active AZ or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience required
• Must be able to manage cardiac drips and be familiar with TAVR and WATCHMAN mitral clip procedures
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Valid driver's license and US SSN required for consideration

• Care for step-down patients requiring cardiac monitoring and management of cardiac drips
• Scrubs of any color permitted
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
• RTO requests must be less than one week
• Not eligible if previously employed as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
