What You’ll Do

• Provide care for neonatal and pediatric patients in a 45-bed NICU.
• Manage neonatal acute and chronic care needs.
• Care for an expected patient load of approximately 19 patients per shift.
• Perform and manage exchange transfusions.
• Place or manage umbilical arterial catheters and umbilical venous catheters.
• Apply neonatal resuscitation skills in the clinical setting.
• Support pediatric ventilation management when qualified.

What You Need
Required

• BLS certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Provider/Instructor certification
• Experience caring for newborn and neonatal acute and chronic patients
• Experience with exchange transfusions
• Experience with umbilical arterial and umbilical venous catheters

Preferred

• Pediatric ventilation management experience
• PALS certification
• APLS certification
