Client Services Representative

Catalina Pet Hospital is currently looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team! Our ideal candidate is a friendly, compassionate, self‑starter who is efficient, motivated and reliable.

Located in a beautiful, spacious building at the NE Corner of Ft. Lowell and Alvernon, we are a well‑established, full‑service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, high‑quality veterinary care for the wellness of our clients’ pets and pride ourselves on a high level of teamwork and camaraderie.

Catalina Pet Hospital has a great staff that is mindful and compassionate! We love our clients and patients, fully support puppy and kitten cuddling, and promote personal Hudson growth and staff development through continuing education opportunities.

We are currently looking for a client service representative to join our team. The role involves working closely with veterinarians, technicians, and other client service representatives to provide exceptional health care for our clients’ pets. The candidate must be enthusiastic, capable of prioritizing, and excelling at multitasking. A typical day for a CSR will include:

• Performing daily office tasks such as client communication, pharmacy refill requests, appointment & surgery scheduling, and calling in prescriptions.
• Checking clients in and out and processing payments accurately.
• Processing e‑mails & faxes throughout the day.
• Handling multiple phone lines and multitasking with ease.

Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred. Flexibility in morning and afternoon shift scheduling is required, with 1 to 2 Saturdays per month.
