• Be an experienced DVM with a strong foundation in soft tissue surgery, dental extractions, and urgent care
• Bring a solutions‑focused mindset with a collaborative leadership style
• Enjoy mentoring early‑career veterinarians and creating growth pathways for the entire medical team
• Demonstrate patience, humor, and a deep respect for people and pets alike

• Flexible 3–4 day workweek (10‑hour shifts) with a 90‑minute lunch
• Monday‑Friday 7:30 AM‑5:30 PM; rotating Saturdays 9 AM‑4 PM
• No on‑call or after‑hours emergencies

• 2.5:1 tech‑to‑doctor ratio, including CVTs and trained veterinary assistants
• On‑call access to board‑certified surgeon and ultrasonographer
• Emergency/specialty hospital just five minutes away
