As the architect of Alicat’s new QA team, and working alongside our QC teams you’ll design workflows, establish best practices, and lead a group dedicated to delivering flawless products and continuous improvement for the Alicat Product line. This role oversees proactive and reactive quality management activities, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.

• QMS Scope & Effectiveness:
  Develop risk assessments, maintain and verify QMS compliance with ISO 9001 and internal standards across the organization.
• Quality KPIs:
  Develop and monitor quality KPI metrics that align with ISO standards and drive actionable improvements and preventative gap analysis using POWER BI visualization dashboards.
• Internal Audits:
  Manage internal audit programs to ensure alignment between documentation, ISO 9001 requirements, and operational practices and SOP’s.
• Management Review (MRM):
  Facilitate quarterly management review meetings to evaluate QMS performance and effectiveness. Track actionable items and ensure deadline for commitments are met across departments.

• Customer Audits:
  Coordinate and lead customer audits, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution of findings. Gather preventative scope and ensure follow‑up and follow through are completed in a timely manner.
• Quality Agreements:
  Collaborate with Customer Experience teams to complete quality surveys, questionnaires, and agreements. Ensure NPI’s are forecasted and action plans integrated into launch.
• Corrective & Preventative Actions (CAPAs):
  Oversee CAPA program, ensuring thorough investigation and implementation of preventative measures. Holding all parties and departments responsible for timely responses and resolutions thru solid and clear communication plans, gaps, risks and conflicts.

• ISO 9001 Certification:
  Maintain certification through external audits and continuous compliance via SA and regulatory agency spot audits. Ensure tracking and documentation of NPI’s, new systems, machining and new departmental launches have SOP tracking and documentation.
• Product Compliance:
  Ensure adherence to product‑specific standards such as IEC 80079‑34:2018 (IS Product line) and upcoming C1D2 QMS. Work with Engineering and Operational Teams to help forecast and track risk areas and gaps.
• International Compliance:
  Monitor and implement changes to meet evolving global regulatory requirements ensuring receivables and supply chain are equipped with conformity standards and conduct regular vendor spot audits on parts receivables for flaws and PO validity on product arrivals.
