World View was recently acquired by Ondas Inc. (NASDAQ: ONDS) and, together with DZYNE Technologies, has joined forces to create Ondas Sentinel. Ondas Sentinel is a next-generation U.S. defense platform integrating long-endurance ISR, autonomous systems, counter-UAS technologies, and mission intelligence.

While World View is now part of Ondas Sentinel, we are still legally operating as World View as we complete the formal integration of our systems and processes. As a result, you may see roles cross-posted across DZYNE and World View, during this transition. All positions represent opportunities within the same combined organization.

The Director of Quality is responsible for executing and managing the site’s quality management strategy and ensuring that products, services, and operational processes consistently meet internal standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

The role provides strategic leadership for the Quality function while partnering closely with Operations, Clinical/Technical teams, Engineering, and other departments to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, mitigate risk, and establish a culture of quality throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on quality leader who can build effective processes, analyze performance data, lead cross-functional initiatives, and hold teams accountable to established quality standards.

• Lead and oversee the Quality function across product development, manufacturing, suppliers, and field operations.
• Develop and maintain quality systems, processes, and standards for autonomous drone and robotics products.
• Establish quality metrics and drive continuous improvement across engineering, manufacturing, and operations.
• Lead root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), nonconformance management, and product quality investigations.
• Develop and manage supplier quality programs, including supplier qualification, audits, and ongoing performance.
• Ensure products and processes meet applicable regulatory, customer, contractual, and internal quality requirements.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to identify risks and improve product reliability and performance.
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of quality findings.
• Build and develop the Quality team while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

• 20+ years of progressive experience in quality, quality assurance, compliance, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
