Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your skills and expertise in a high-paced, challenging environment where quality is of paramount importance. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of quality assurance and control, ensuring our products meet and exceed customer expectations.

You will play a key role in our organization, driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards. This role requires 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

• 1. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the consistent quality of our products.
• 2. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address quality issues promptly.
• 3. Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements and reduce defects.
• 4. Perform audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9145 standards.
• 5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• 6. Monitor and report on key quality metrics, providing data-driven insights to management.
• 7. Train and mentor team members on quality assurance procedures and standards.
• 8. Participate in product design reviews to provide input on potential quality issues.
• 9. Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials.
• 10. Lead problem-solving efforts relating to quality issues.

• 1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering within the manufacturing industry.
• 3. Extensive knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles.
• 4. Proven experience with Root Cause Analysis.
• 5. Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, and AS9145 standards.
• 6. Strong knowledge of Process Engineering.
• 7. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• 9. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• 10. Proficient in using quality inspection tools and software.
• 11. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) credential is a plus.
