What You’ll Do:- Schedule and conduct property showings
- Communicate with clients and team members to coordinate next steps
- Learn lead follow-up and basic sales skills
- Support agents with day-to-day tasks in the transaction process
- Ongoing training and mentorship
- Tools and systems to help you stay organized

Responsibilities- Serve as point of contact for new buyer and seller inquiries
- Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email
- Gather client information and understand their real estate needs
- Coordinate with licensed agents to schedule consultations and tours
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the client journey
- Support administrative follow-up and documentation as needed
- Real Estate License required or in progress
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
- Comfortable working with clients and managing follow-up tasks
- Commission-based position
$125,000 - $185,000 yearly
